It has many points in common with the previous path\, but als o significant changes that can represent a challenge for researchers look ing to become independent.During the meeting\, the speakers will analyse the new habilitation procedure both from a legislative and a practical po int of view\, showing what are the main points to be considered and the m ost common problems.As internationalization and collaborations beyond the Polish horizon are of paramount importance in the new habilitation proce dure\, the workshop will include a presentation from a NAWA representativ e\, to provide an overview of international programmes for researchers.Yo u are invited to join an informal social event at a nearby pub after the event!The Habilitation Workshop is open for everyone. The MCAA Polish Cha pter meeting is open only to MCAA Polish Chapter members.
