 ebinar cycle &quot\;Beyond the obvious&quot\;\, in which we propose to fa
 ce themes of which we talk about a lot\, that many live\, but which we ha
 rdly occasion to discuss. The Find Your Doctor community\, however\, also
  allows us this: to meet those who experience thorny questions with those
  who study them.&amp\;nbsp\;On 1 March webinar (4:00 pm) some testimonial
 s will take part\, giving life to a round table that shows the different 
 sides of this medal. The focus of this event will particularly fall on th
 e overqualification of research doctors in the &quot\;soft&quot\; science
 s.&amp\;nbsp\;The round table will be moderated by Eva Ratti\, founder of
  Find Your Doctor. Together with her\, Andrea Galimberti of the Universit
 y of Milan-Bicocca\, an expert in adult training\, skills and professiona
 l transitions\, will introduce the topic by offering us the theoretical c
 ontext to try to discuss it in a non-trivial manner. The event is organiz
