SUMMARY:Negotiation and Influence Skills Workshop
DESCRIPTION:&amp\;nbsp\;When facing disagreement\, most of us choose a t
ypical - and somewhat automated - response: avoid (Just let it be)\, defe
nd (Not going to take this” or attack (Let &#039\;em have it!). Most of
these strategies are typical\, with one caveat: Some or any of the parti
es will have to give in\, or lose. But what if you could identify areas of
shared benefit\, or even unexpected gains\, as soon as conflict arises?
What if you could persuade and influence instead of impose? What if you a
nd the ones opposite to you could achieve your goals - and more - and fee
l part of a fair resolution process? What if you could always find a way
for all to win?Moderated by Dr. Sergio Crespo-Garcia and Dr. Almudena Est
alrrich Albo\, join certified negotiators Dr. Cristina Florea and Jean Pi
 erre Peinado on May TBD (19:00h CET / 13:00h EST / 10:00 h PST)\, for an
animated\, practical and engaging workshop session in which you will be a
ble to upgrade your negotiation toolbox and share with peers in enlighten
ing and insightful conversation.Don’t let this opportunity pass. The wo
rkshop will last 2 hours and will come with a certificate of attendance.&

Resolution Seminar\, the Advanced Negotiation Master Class and the Mediat

elf in Conflict Resolution ventures. He started a broad collaboration wit
h an academic institution in Spain for the development of training progra
