BackgroundWith the rapid development of science and technolo gy and the deepening of globalization\, the deep integration of scientifi c research and industry has become a key driving force for social progres s and economic prosperity. As the backbone of innovation and development\ , high-level talents are the backbone of innovation and development. The China Chapter of Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) is composed of Chi nese researchers funded by the EU'\;s Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions . In this context \, the MCAA China Chapter plans to organize the "\; International Young Scholars Exchange Conference &\;amp\; 2nd Annual C onference of the MCAA China Chapter"\;. The conference focuses on pro moting cooperation and exchanges between high-level scientific and techno logical Marie Curie researchers in China and Europe\, and build a platfor m for high-end talent docking and in-depth communication for scientific r esearch institutions and well-known enterprises\, and help them make brea kthrough progress in the introduction of high-level talents and the incub ation of scientific and technological achievements for different research ers\, especially for MCAA Chinese researchers.This conference will also s trongly promote the latest policies and practices of Horizon Europe\, Mar ie Curie Action Plan and other EU programmes\, so that more researchers w ill be able to apply for these programmes.
