Webinar: Yaroslav will present his personal journey as a Senior Knowledge Analyst for the Boston Consulting Group, one of the biggest management consultancies globally. He will introduce the scope of a large management consulting firm, share his take on the responsibilities and skills needed for analyst and consultant roles, and explain why management consultancies are an empowering workplace for researchers.
Speaker: Yaroslav is a Senior Knowledge Analyst for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and is located in Düsseldorf. Yaroslav started his work at BCG in 2018 and concentrates on aggregating industrial knowledge, programming business solutions and conquering the complexity of the chemical industry. In this time he had the opportunity to support multiple clients in defining their supply chain strategy, outlining investment opportunities, and forecasting market shifts for commodity and speciality chemicals.
He holds a Doctorate in Analytical Chemistry from Girona University, jointly done with the Marie Sklodowska-Curie ITN Treatrec. The Doctorate included stays at the water research institute ICRA in Spain, engineering consultancy Atkins in the UK, water utility company Aquafin in Belgium and the University of Bath in the UK. Yaroslav holds an M. Sc. in Chemistry from the RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
