The PhD Day Groningen is BACK and will be BIGGER than ever! If you are a PhD student, PostDoc and/or BeNeLux Chapter member and want to broaden your perspectives on research and career, make sure you do not miss the event of the year – mark your calendar for Friday 22 September, and join us, and hundreds of fellow PhDs, at De Oosterpoort in Groningen!
The event will be running under the theme ‘Your Talent Matters!’, and will offer a wide range of presentations and workshops to attend, all of which are carefully designed to help you plan your future. We also want to offer you the invaluable chance to network, and build relationships, across institutions, and disciplines, and meet your fellow Chapter members. Join us for a lovely BeNeLux brunch on the 23rd September, in order to share experiences, and ideas, about activities that would further improve Chapter activities!

We are honoured and excited to have, as our keynote speaker, Nobel prize winner Prof. Dr. Ben Feringa, along with RUG Lecturer of the Year Dr. Malvina Nissim, co-founder and CEO of Artificial Intelligence software company birds.ai, Camiel Verschoor, philosopher, Dr. Menno de Bree, and Prof. Dr. Ingrid Molema, representing the Talent Development program of RuG.
