EURAXESS and MCAA Indian Chapter: 4th Communicating Research Out of the Lab at CSIR-CSIO Chandigarh
 

Chandigarh, October 06, 2018:

EURAXESS India, Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA), Indian Chapter and TIFR Mumbai along with CSIR- Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, Chandigarh organized 4th Communicating Research Out of the Lab event at CSIR-CSIO, Chandigarh. The event provided an opportunity to the finalists of the EURAXESS Science Slam India 2018 and other young scientist and researchers to develop their science communication skills in all disciplines and present their research in a convivial atmosphere. Around 80 participants from different institutes including CSIR-CSIO, Panjab University, IISER Mohali, INST Mohali, NIPER Mohali, Chitkara University, IIT Ropar and IIT Jodhpur were actively involved throughout the day with the speakers to enhance their skills. The event was inaugurated by Dr. HK Sardana, Acting Director CSIR-CSIO and followed by the deliberations of distinguished speaker Prof. Arnab Bhattacharya (TIFR), Dr. Samrat (Country Representative Euraxess), Dr. Praveen (Chair, Indian Chapter MCAA) and Ms Aditi Gosavi (DAAD).
