Applying for Maitre de Conferance positions in France after MC-IF

Hello there, I would like to know what are the chances to get a Maitre de Conferance Position in France after a MC Individual Fellowship, for a non-french PhD. Is the grant taken into consideration? Is it necessary to translate all the certificates to French to apply? Is it necessary to pass the qualification or is it possible to apply directly without the qualification? Many thanks
