On September 13th GEMS and Spain-Portugal Chapter will host "Volver: Gender equity, Diversity and Mobility in Spanish Research".
Volver aims to foster a discussion on gender equity, diversity and mobility
in Spanish Research from 3 different perspectives:
- Lack of stability for senior postdocs and the underrepresentation of female researchers in leadership positons and evaluation pannels in Spain.
- Analyse recent statements and reports about Spanish researchers coming back to Spain.
- Get to know the views of expat researchers in Spain
