Meeting Agenda for MCAA Austrian Chapter Meeting in Linz

Vienna – November 22, 2017 - The MCA3C will be holding their next chapter meeting on November 25, 2017 at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. All past and present beneficiaries of Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions are eligible to join the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA), and subsequently the MCA3C, and are welcome to participate. Requests for MCAA and MCA3C membership can be completed free of cost through the MCAA homepage. A detailed agenda and registration information in PDF format are attached.

In this meeting, Austrian Chapter Chair Mostafa Moonir Shawrav will report on MCA3C activities and future plan of the chapter. MCAA and MCA3C Board Member Matthew DiFranco will give a talk about MCAA Election, GA 2018 and MCAA.

Austrian chapter won the bid for MCAA GA 2019. In the afternoon session, the planning of the event as well as the task force will be discussed.

The Marie Curie Alumni Association, founded in 2012, was established to help MSCA participants stay connected with one another, and to provide them with tools and services for advancing their careers. As of February 7, 2014, the MCAA is an AISBL (international not-for-profit association) under Belgian law.

Key to the MCAA mission is the promotion of researcher mobility through MSCA actions for up-and-coming scholars. The MCA3C will reach-out to Austrian universities and funding bodies as a source of support and expertise for these actions, and will strive to maintain an active and diverse researcher network throughout Austria.

We are looking forward to welcome you in Linz.

Best Regards,

MCA3C Board
