REFERENT: a peer-to-peer mental health support network for Early Stage Researchers (ESRs).
This mentoring program is open for MSCA ESRs experiencing issues such as depression, bullying, harassment, etc, during their first academic experiences and who would like to benefit from the mentoring program.
Each mentee will be matched with a mentor and should be expecting to be in touch with the mentor every six weeks during the course of an academic year.
Mentors and mentees will also be asked to meet in person once, e.g. at the MCAA General Assembly or at local Chapter meetings.
