Southeast Asia Chapter AGM in conjunction with Train the Trainers "MSCA Funding" in Novotel Bangkok, 26th May 2018

The 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2018 of Marie Curie Alumni Association Southeast Asia Chapter (MCAA SEA) was successfully held on May 26th, 2018 at Novotel Bangkok at Siam Square, Bangkok, Thailand. The AGM which was organised with the support of EURAXESS ASEAN was attended by 12 members from the member countries including the Chair of the MCAA SEA Chapter (Dr Tatas Brotosudarmo) and EURAXESS ASEAN representatives (Simon Grimley and Dr Suzanne Rentzow-Vasu). The outcomes of the AGM are updates on Chapter structure and this year’s activities, and also fruitful discussion on the planning on future activities. Towards the end of the AGM, there was a two-hour training session on how to effectively promote the Marie Curie Sklodowska Curie Actions (MSCA), arranged by EURAXESS ASEAN. This training was led by Ms Katia Insogna, EU Senior Research & Innovation Consultant and Trainer with the UK-based Innovative Technology and Science Ltd., who is a highly competent consultant and trainer with more than 15 years expertise in EU Research & Innovation funding programmes. MCAA SEA chapter would like to thank EURAXESS ASEAN, Ms Katia Insogna and all attendees who made this AGM a success.
