Virtual training: How to avoid gender bias in recruitment and promotion?

At the European Science Foundation we are partnering with the Gender Equality Academy project on a virtual training “How to avoid gender bias in recruitment and promotion?”. The training will be held online on October 14th from 9.30 to 16.45, and it will provide an overview of the main imbalances and unconscious biases with regard to HR management in Research/Academia and how to tackle them.

I though that this training may be of interest for some of you, please do not hesitate to forward the information to your colleages and within your institutions.
