Virtual live event on OVERSKILLING in Hard science PhD | 3 may 2022

Next 3rd of May 2022 at 16:00 there will be a virtual live event on the Overskilling issue that may affect the job search process for PhDs and researchers, focused on Hard sciences. The event is free and will be held in Italian. The event is organized by Find Your Doctor in collaboration with the MCAA Italy Chapter and ADI and it will be in the FYD social media channels.

With the theme of Overskilling in Hard Sciences, Find Your Doctor continues the webinar cycle "Beyond the obvious", in which we propose to face themes of which we talk about a lot, that many live, but which we hardly occasion to discuss. The Find Your Doctor community, however, also allows us this: to meet those who experience thorny questions with those who study them.
 
On 3rd May webinar (4:00 pm) some testimonials will take part, giving life to a round table that shows the different sides of this medal. The focus of this event will particularly fall on the overqualification of research doctors in the "hard" sciences. The event is free and will be held in Italian.
 
The round table will be moderated by Eva Ratti, founder of Find Your Doctor. Together with her, Andrea Galimberti of the University of Milan-Bicocca, an expert in adult training, skills and professional transitions, will introduce the topic by offering us the theoretical context to try to discuss it in a non-trivial manner. The event is organized by Find Your Doctor in collaboration with the MCAA Italy Chapter and ADI.
