Chapter communication of results

The deadline for communication of chapter's results was the 7th of April. Anybody knows what happened? What chapters were approved? At least an email for explaining would be appreciated ... Thx

Hi Ricardo, We are very sorry for this delay, we face certain administrative and similar obstacles which added a lot of difficulties to our work. We are trying to get the best from our very modest budget and to bring benefits to all. Anyway, we work hard on it and hope that the results will be known the next week and in any case, not later then 8th May. Thanks a lot for your patience! Snezana

Hi Snezana, I do not doubt that you are working hard, it was just to know what happened. I think it could be nice updating the Alumni on everything, also (and especially) about the problems/obstacles you are facing with. If you do not involve people, there is no active participation and the association will fail. There are still several unanswered questions (I do not talk just about my questions) and when it works like this the interest of the people decreases. If you check the forum you can see that in the last months there was not any real discussion as it happened before bt just some announcement, which means passive or participation. Just a short post here in the forum (or an email) would be sufficient. Maybe we could open a group on Board communications/updates where you can write a short update (once a month?) on what happens what problems/obstacles you have found, postoponed deadlines, replying to the main issues highlighted by the alumni ... Maybe the secretary should keep this role or the responsible of communication WG? Anyway there are 11 people in the board which means posting 1 short message a month. Thank you, Riccardo
