MCAA-NI annual general meeting- milan EXPO 19th Sep

Dear NI members

We want to organize our annual meeting in an unconventional way. We will meet each other at Milan EXPO on 19 Sep (Saturday) together with 10 other members of our association who are taking part as volunteer in EUCYS.

With the budget that we have left, MCAA-NI can buy 12 tickets for the Milan EXPO, there will be another 10 candidates who ll be reimbursed by EU as they are taking part in EUCYS. So, I beleive we can have a good strength of 20-25 members for our general meeting. All other expenses including train tickets and food will be fellows own expense. MCAA-NI will provide only Entrance ticket to Milan EXPO.

Please post below with your email i.d. if you are interested to take part in the meeting. If we are more than 12 members interested, the first 12 tickets will be paid by MCAA-NI and after that, we ll share the cost equally for the more tickets, if required. So, suppose if we are 15 members, 12 tickets will be free and for the next 3 tickets, we will divide the cost in 15 members.

Please note that the date is fixed for 19th Septemeber as it is Saturday and coincides with EUCYS. We hope that you could able to make it on that day.

Please post below until 20 August (12 midnight) as we need to arrange and close our finances by this month. Dont wait too long to decide if you already read this message. :)
