MSCA-IF-GF France-Brazil...

MSCA-IF-GF France-Brazil project implementation - help with CNRS! Hello all, I am trying to implement an MSCA-IF-GF contract with the French CNRS, and it is like trying to interact with a wall. It would greatly help to have information on (or examples of) any previous MSCA IOF or IIF contracts involving France as the host nation. I particularly wish to understand: 1) whether the researcher is paid (and pays taxes) in France or Brazil? 2) whether the Research Training Funds are sent to Brazil and administered there, or administered from France? I know the answers I want to those questions for myself (France, and Brazil, respectively), but I seek examples of what has been done in the past. I would be very grateful for any help.
