A question about IOF grants

Dear all,

I am about to start an International outgoing fellowship. My host institution - Sofia University is in the process of singing the grant agreement. I have a question regarding the partnership agreement that has to be signed between Sofia University and the secondment institution. In particular the financial side is not clear to me. Should my monthly/ mobility allowance  for the outgoing phase be transferred to the secondment institution or should it be paid directly to me by the host institution.

I would appreciate any  information that you can give me regarding this issue.
