Emmanuelle Gardan has been Director of the Brussels Office of the Coimbra Group, a network of 42 European universities, since 2020. In this role, she engages with European institutions and stakeholders on higher education and research policy. She has been serving as co-sponsor of the structural policy (former action) on research careers within the European Research Area (ERA) since 2022. With over 20 years of experience in international academic cooperation, Emmanuelle has worked across international organisations, the private sector, and public institutions. She holds a Master’s degree in European Studies.
