Mathias Schroijen is a project leader for the development of training programmes and career development services for researchers within the Human Resources Department of ULB. He has a research background in health psychology and has been actively involved in building (post)doctoral researcher communities and representing them locally and internationally, through various European projects focusing on transferable skills training, employability, and researchers’ mental health.
