The World Cybermatics Congress will take place from 20 to 23 August 2013 in Beijing, China. The congress will comprise three conferences:

• the 2013 IEEE International Conference on Green Computing and Communications,
• the 2013 IEEE International Conference on Cyber, Physical and Social Computing (CPSCom 2013),
• the 2013 IEEE International Conference on the Internet of Things (iThings2013).

The event is organised by the University of Beihang, and is sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the IEEE Computer Society, the IEEE Technical Committee on Scalable Computing (TCSC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China and the Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Researchers, engineers, and managers from academia, industry, education, and governments leaders are expected to participate.
