The second annual Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Virtualisation Summit 2013 will take place on 1 and 2 October in Prague, Czech Republic.
The summit will seek to help participants understand SDN, its relevance to network function virtualisation and the opportunities it presents to the telecoms sector from engineering and architectural points of view. Topics covered will include leveraging Cloud technology to benefit virtualisation, the business factors driving SDN & NFV, 4G Virtualisation, automating the SDN with Big Data & predictive analytics, a review of OpenFlow & additional SDN protocols, and advancements in Traffic Management and SDN “goes Green”.
Discussions will be led mainly by telecoms representatives. This summit is open to operators, telecoms vendors, IT vendors, consultants and analysts.
