2nd HBP Education Workshop – Future medicine

The 2nd HBP Education Workshop – Future medicine will take place from 15 to 18 March in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The course is open to students with previous experience in neuroimaging, genetic, bioinformatics, statistics or computer science.

The goal is to make progress in understanding brain diseases. The teams will create an application based on big data analyses for the identification of biological signatures of diseases. Participants will learn how to construct and combine tools for: visualization of high dimensional data, clustering of multi-level clinical data, identification of biomarkers, prediction of disease onsets and progression.
