The 8th International Conference on Standardisation and Innovation in Information Technology / 24-26 September 2013 / Sophia-Antipolis, France

The 8^th International Conference on Standardisation and Innovation in Information Technology will take place from 24 to 26 September in Sophia-Antipolis, France.

The event will be an opportunity to discuss several topics linked to standardisation, such as Standard Setting in Different ICT Contexts, the European Commission’s Rolling Plan on ICT Standardisation, the Panel on Standards Education and Technological change and standardisation.

This event is hosted by the European Commission and the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). Discussions will be led, among others, by representatives of the European Commission, of International Business Machines (IBM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
