Austrian Chapter (MCA3C) Chapter Meeting on 29th April 2016

Date: Friday, 2016-04-29, 10h30 to 16h00

Venue: Johannes Kepler University, Uni-Center, 3rd Floor, Room REP.H, Altenbergerstraße 69, AT-4040 Linz. From Linz Haubtbahnhof, take tram 1 or 2 to the end station “Universität”.

Programme: The meeting will be opened by Professors Alois Fershca and Wolfgang M. Samhaber of JKU Linz. In addition, Brian Cahill, newly elected MCAA General Chair, will be in attendance and give a presentation on the Future and Direction of the MCAA. Austrian Chapter Chair Matthew DiFranco, who was also elected to the MCAA board, will report on the activities of the Austrian Chapter and the MCAA General Assembly in Venice. 

The MCAA Austrian Chapter (MCA3C) currently has 41 members from 17 countries. Founded in 2014, the group has convened on a bi-annual basis in Graz, Vienna, and Salzburg prior to the upcoming Linz meeting.
