The conference “Plugging the sustainability gap: boosting the European electric vehicle market” will take place on 29 October 2013 at the Hotel Grand Sablon in Brussels, Belgium.
The event aims at increasing understanding of the future challenges and prospects for electric and alternative fuel vehicles, and examining the current market entry barriers. This will be an opportunity to discuss collaboration and form partnerships between the public and private sectors – key to supporting the development of electro-mobility in Europe.
The conference is organised by Public Policy Exchange and will gather, among others, consumer organisations, electric vehicle companies, automotive researchers and utilities providers.
Discussions will be led by representatives from the European Commission, automotive consultants and representatives from relevant associations.
