Destination Europe Conference - San Francisco

'Destination Europe' promotes awareness of the funding and career opportunities offered in Europe to researchers from anywhere in the world, as well as offering an insight to some of the excellent research activities.

National programmes as well as major European funding mechanisms such as the European Research Council and the Marie Curie Fellowship programme will be presented.

In addition to plenary sessions explaining major European funding schemes for individual researchers, there will be six thematic breakout sessions focusing on opportunities in the following areas:

•       Social Sciences & Humanities

•       Information and Communication Technologies

•       Physics & Materials

•       Environment & Climate Change.
