EURAXESS Zurich Conference "Living and learning. Building a researcher career development framework”

Dear researchers, dear colleagues,

On behalf of the REFLEX project I would like to invite you to our one-day national workshop ”Living and learning. Building a researcher career development framework” in Zurich, on January 19, 2016 where i am also an invited speaker.

This workshop is an initiative of an EU financed project aiming to create a career development framework for researchers (PhDs, post docs, assistant professors, associate professors and professors), which can be customised to a variety of national and institutional backgrounds. The conference's intention is to bring together researchers and stakeholders from Swiss universities and founding institutions to reflect on and discuss current and future researchers’ careers in Switzerland. The findings will feed into the definition of a flexible Career Development framework to enhance and systematize existing tools and practices for the benefit of researchers.

The goal on January 19, 2016 is to create an open atmosphere in which new ideas are shared and discussed. Additionally, speakers present and discuss two good practices of Career Development.
