"Falling Walls Lab" on the 25th of September 2017 in Brussels for on-going MSCA researchers in the context of the European Researchers' Night 2017 to promote breakthrough scientific projects.
What is the 'Falling Walls Lab'?
The 'Falling Walls Lab-– Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions' is a science contest to showcase the most promising scientific projects. On-going MSCA researchers have the opportunity to present in a three minutes pitch their research to a distinguished jury representing science and business organisations. All scientific disciplines are eligible and contestants are selected based on an open call. The winner of 'Falling Walls Lab–Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions' will be invited to the Finale in Berlin in November 2017 where 100 promising researchers from around the world will compete to present their projects. The three winners of the Finale in Berlin are awarded the title of "Young Innovator of the year", receive a cash prize and get the opportunity to give their talk on the grand stage of the Falling Walls Conference on 9 November 2017 in front of 600 guests.
