This year’s edition focused on collaboration and exchange rather than traditional presentations.
Each participant gave a short, focused pitch (max 10min) to start real conversations that can lead to joint projects, collaborations and partnerships.
Each pitch included three key elements:
- Your research area, especially if it involves innovation or a multidisciplinary approach.
- What you can offer – methods, data, technology, or expertise that others might find valuable.
- What you need – collaborations, materials, or specific knowledge to take your work forward.
The goal was to create direct and meaningful exchanges between researchers across Asia, Europe & beyond, helping them quickly identify complementary skills and shared goals. After the pitch, there were 3 breakout rooms for discussion and networking to explore concrete collaborations.
