Date: 2017-01-25, 10h30 to 15h00

Venue: University of the Arts, London

Registration: (mandatory) via the on-line form on the UKRO event page

The UK Research Office (UKRO), in its capacity as UK National Contact Point for the Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), is holding an information event for organisations interested in applying to the 2017 MSCA Research and Innovation Staff Exchange Action (RISE) call.

The event aims to provide participants with an overview of the RISE scheme. Participants should gain a clear understanding of the proposal format and the key considerations related to planning, writing and submitting proposals. There will also be ample opportunity to ask questions.

The event is aimed at staff at UK academic and non-academic organisations, including industry, who are planning to submit a proposal to the RISE 2017 call.

The event will take place at University of the Arts London on Wednesday 25 January 2017. It will start at 10:30 and finish by 15:00 (with registration from 10:00). The event will be run by  the UKRO representative with a guest speaker from the European Commission, DG EAC, responsible for implementation of RISE scheme and with successful applicants.
Further information on the venue and agenda will be provided to delegates once they have registered.

Attendance is free of charge, thanks to the support from University of the Arts London, but registration is mandatory. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. UKRO will confirm your attendance in advance.

Please note that tea and coffee will be available at the event, but lunch will not be provided, though participants will be informed of local lunch options.
