We are delighted to share that the 2023 OpenInnoTrain Summer School will take place from 12-16 June in Vienna.

The Summer School offers an excellent opportunity for participants to develop skills for creating impact and to design their own research impact journey. Participants will learn how to identify and contextualize the impact of their research, engage with stakeholders, track impact outputs, and communicate real-world impact. The Summer School is a great place to build new connections and explore future collaborations!

The event is mainly targeting PhD candidates and Early Career Researchers. Anyone who wants to attend the free-of-charge Summer School must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) form through this link by Friday, 7th April 2023 (23:59 CET), and applicants will be notified of the outcome of their EOI on 10th April (spots are limited!)

There will also be a limited amount of travel grants (5 x 1000 €) on offer to PhD candidates based outside of Austria. Those who want to be considered will need to fill this form as well.

Participants will receive a Certificate of participation and 2 ECTS from the University of Vaasa upon completion of the course.
