The "Rail Regulation after the "recast" of the 4th Railway Package" Seminar will take place on 14 November in Lyon, France.  

The seminar is organised by TransportNet and will address themes as follows:

• Deutsche Bahn and unbundling;
• ERA and Shift2rail;
• Rail regulation case studies for Belgium, France and Italy;
• How to deal with radical imperfect competition

Business practitioners, public authorities, academics or students are expected to participate.
