Science for the environment conference

The Science for the environment conference will take place from 3 to 4 October in Aarhus, Denmark.

This will be an opportunity to find out more about the scientific challenges that will be addressed in Horizon2020. Of these, the agenda includes sessions on climate action, resource efficiency and the green economy – eco-innovation.

The conference is organised by the Aarhus University and the Partnership for European Environmental Research (PEER). Speakers include representatives from the European Commission (DG Research), from universities, from research centres and institutes.

This event is open, among others, to researchers, scientists, students, administrators, managers, industry and non-governmental organisation representatives, as well as decision-makers working within relevant fields.
