The Tour de France of LaBiotech: Beginnings of a Biotech Boom?

The Tour de France of LaBiotech is a documentary depicting a panorama of the biotech industry in France, filmed just last summer. Over 5 weeks, producers and university friends Philip Hemme and Joachim Eeckhout cycled around France to interview the senior leadership of 26 different biotech companies. The film is dubbed in English, and has been shown in Paris, Copenhagen, Berlin, Heidelberg and twice in Boston.

OBR-London will now screen this unique documentary for the very first time in the UK, with the generous sponsorship of the Science & Technology Department of the French Embassy in London.

Never thought of France as fertile soil for biotech start-ups?
