UK South West MCAA meeting
**UPDATE**

We have a range of great speakers who will share their expert knowledge with us in a series of talks and discussions throughout the day. Please see the agenda and the detailed description of the event below. We strongly encourage you to register, for this free-of-charge event to let us know that you come and receive your printed badge upon arrival.
Speakers: Brian Cahill: Chair of the Marie Curie Alumni Association.
Erik Lithander: Pro Vice-Chancellor the University of Bristol (International and Student Recruitment). Erik leads the University of Bristol's response to Brexit and has been working closely with the government of Bristol, on a Bristol-wide Brexit strategy.
Nicole Dixon: Research Development Officer at the University of Bristol. Nicole is responsible for supporting academic research with funding from the EU and overseas - primarily under the Horizon 2020 Framework.
Josie Grindulis: Career Development Manager at the Cardiff University. Josie is the Chair of AGCAS (Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services) Postgraduate Research Students and Research Staff Task Group.
Carlos Constantino: Principal Consultant at the Atkins Global Design, Engineering and Project Management Consultancy. Carlos is a Senior Scientist in the Regulatory Compliance and Research Team.

Dear Fellows,
The UK chapter of MCAA invites you to join a full-day event for MCAA members and newcomers on 14th of October 2016 at the University of Bristol, UK. The meeting will encourage interaction between MCAA members and we will cover topics as the consequences of Brexit, Horizon 2020, career management in the UK and the opportunities for professionals in the industrial sector in a series of discussion forums and engaging talks by distinguished speakers.
