We are fast-tracking the recruitment of a highly qualified expert or service provider to lead the administrative and technical submission of an upcoming EU tender.
The successful expert will be responsible for navigating the complexities of the EU’s electronic submission systems and ensuring all formal requirements are met to avoid disqualification.
The expert will provide high-level support, including:
- Administrative management: Collecting, preparing and completing all administrative sections, declarations, and supporting documents according to the tender requirements, which can include the documentation from potential tender consortium members and/or subcontractors.
- Technical submission: Preparing the content of the submission in collaboration with stakeholders. Managing the upload and final submission within the EU's digital portals (e.g., the Funding & Tenders Portal).
- Compliance review: Ensuring the full proposal package aligns with the specific tender specifications, eligibility criteria, and PRAG/Public Procurement rules (e.g. collecting a minimum of three quotations and/or financial offers per procurement item, according to the internal procurement rules of the Association. This activity can include the eligibility review of potential tender consortium members and/or subcontractors.
