MSCA Individual Fellowship applicants - we'd like to host you!

If you are a motivated postdoctoral scientist who would like to apply for an Individual Fellowship in the field related to either:

• structural or molecular biology
• small molecule crystallography

we would like to offer you a placement for your Individual Fellowship in our laboratory at the University of Warsaw.

We offer help in preparation of the proposal and in settling in with your Fellowship, as well as navigation of Polish administrative and grant systems. Our laboratory is located at a brand new institute, the Biological and Chemical Research Centre, located not too far from Warsaw city centre. We are also part of the Chemistry Department which offers possibilities of further employment. Our laboratory is equipped in state-of-the-art equipment for protein purification and crystallization, including crystallization robots.

I am sure we will welcome you warmly, and I speak from personal experience, since I am a current MSCA-IF fellow who came to Warsaw in 2015 and have since successfully established my own research group in structural biology (https://gorna.uw.edu.pl/).

I am also the current Chair of MCAA Polish Chapter - if you happen to come to Warsaw, regardless of the laboratory you choose, you can reach out to us for some help or advice.
