Over 7,700 online Participants! MCAA Chapters in Asian Successfully Concludes the AsiaConnect 2024 Academic Webinar

The MCAA AsiaConnect 2024 Academic Webinar, jointly organized by the China, Japan, India, and Southeast Asia Chapters of the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA), successfully took place on November 16th and November 30th. The webinar, which focused on cutting-edge topics in environmental science and innovation in computer science and artificial intelligence (AI), garnered immense global attention, showcasing the dynamism and influence of the Asian research community.

During the forum, 17 distinguished scholars shared their groundbreaking research, including eight who participated via registration through the MCAA China Chapter platform. This underscores the significant contributions of Chinese scholars to the international scientific community. Across the two sessions, the event drew over 7,700 online participants, featuring presentations that covered a broad spectrum of advanced fields. By transcending geographical boundaries, the forum enabled researchers from diverse countries to engage in discussions across time zones. The engaging interactive sessions and high-caliber presentations not only facilitated intellectual exchange but also fostered new opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration.
