2019 Genaral Meeting – call for venue

Dear MCAA PL members! It is high time to organize another General Meeting of our Chapter. I'm sure together we can yet again put together a great meeting.

First of all we need a venue! Please let us know if you can arrange a room with 30+ seating capacity, an overhead projector and an adjacent location for coffee breaks - and preferably free of charge!

The meeting should take place on a Friday or Monday on some date in late October/November. The previous general meetings took place at the University of Warsaw (2016), Institute of Fluid Flow Machinery PAS in Gdańsk (2017) and Institute of History PAS in Warsaw (2018). It would be great to yet again have a venue outside of Warsaw!

You would only need to arrange the venue and catering for coffee breaks and a standing lunch. Other Chapter members would take care of the program, registration etc. 

Hosting a General Meeting a great opportunity to make new connections across fields of research, easily gain event organization expereince - and a great way to contibute to our Chapter!
