congratulation on your election.
what are the activities being planned.
are you planning for a kick-off meeting.
do you have the names and address of the fellows from India. we should create a separate Whats app group for discussions.

Yes, we have planned several activities for this year and also wil take all the suggeation for next year. The social media is also one of them. We will put the notice for kic-off meting, once we finilize the dates.

Maybe email is better, if people agree that they want to share their phone numbers to be part of a WhatsApp group, then you can create it.
Personally, I would not prefer a WhatsApp group chatter. Email and Forum works best for me.
