Hello members, I am currently doing PhD using Marie curie fellowship. I just wonder if any any could share their current position or career after completing PhD. Please include how we can apply for job and an opportunity for us in abroad ?

I joined Novartis as Sandoz Talent Excellence Program (STEP) fellow (https://www.sandoz.com/careers/step-trainee-program)

Future leadership/graduate programs are one of the best alterntive paths to enter industries with 0 or minimum experience.

The main foucs of the recutiment for these programs is on soft competences: leadersip, communication and transformation skills.
