Candidate for the Norway Chapter Chair position: Philippe Stamenkovic

Short Manifesto:

As a philosopher of science potentially contemplating a career in science policy, I am interested in the relationship between science and society which is both my academic area of specialisation and a field in which I would like to gain practical experience. As I also plan to settle down in Oslo, where I am looking for a job for personal reasons, I am interested in extending my network and meeting other academics and science stakeholders with similar interests. I have written several opinion pieces on science and society. I am already a member of the MCAA science policy working group.

I cannot guarantee I will have much time to dedicate to this position but I will do my best :)
