Short Manifesto:

I want to become a Chapter vice Chair to actively shape the MCAA's future and ensure its activities directly benefit our members, particularly those in our specific professional or geographic area. As Chair, I would leverage my experience within the BRL to foster a stronger, more engaged community, organizing events, training, and networking opportunities that are directly relevant to the career development and collaborative interests of MCAA fellows and alumni. My goal would be to serve as a dedicated liaison between our local/thematic group and the broader MCAA governing bodies, advocating for our members' needs and securing resources to implement high-impact initiatives that elevate the MCAA's visibility and value proposition to the scientific community.
