CHAPTER meeting announcement

Let's come together in the end of August (I suggest a dinner together on 31st August) and finalize our work program for the next year! And elect the chair, vice chair and secretary! Applications and nominations are welcome. Changes in the rules of MCAA, so we will have submitt pur plan for the next year until the end of this month.
