Chapter Meeting ROMA September 11th, 1pm

Dear all, Thank you for having expressed your preferences through the doodle. Given the availability of a venue, and the number of preferences received the meeting will take place September 11th. I would say that we meet at 1pm at the venuw, we have lunch and then we start at 14.30 the meeting in a room that allows on line connections with those who cannot come in person (more info on how to hook up in due course). Staring the actual meeting at 14.30 will allow those who cannot sleep in Rome to go back the same day. Also, that time allows the many members who are overseas to connect with us at a reasonable time. Below address and instructions on how to reach the venue. Remember that the most important item of our agenda is the planning of activities for 2018. So please start giving it some thought. A more detailed list of points for the agenda will follow.
