Dear all, I am in the process of writing my Career Development Plan for Individual Global Fellow. I was wandering, how detailed it should be? I would be grateful for any advice on this subject. Thanks a lot in advance, Mikolaj

Hi Mikolaj,

there is a draft career development plan at http://cordis.europa.eu/pub/mariecurie-actions/docs/career_development_plan_mcf_final2.doc

The Cypriot NCP has written a survival guide for Individual Fellows that discusses what should go in the Career Develeopment Plan: http://www.net4mobility.eu/fileadmin/CY-NCPs_Survivors-Guide-to-MSCA-IF_2015.pdf

I never had to draft this type of plan but maybe some current fellows can share their plans.

Warm regards,

Brian
