Dear Karolina,
first of all thank you for your response.
The last message was from Robert Vianello three months ago askin if some of us would be willing to take over his current position of the coordinator of this
Group. I have offered but he did not respond to me.
Firstly, I would like to get to know you all, your specializations and current project (on-going or finished) to make some strategy. Personally I am now involved with the transparency of the current Marie Curie COFUND project in Croatia (FP7).
I will try to "recrute" more people from Croatia (now we have cca 30 ongoing FP7 project).
Kind regards,
Unković I.N.
Dear Ivana and MC group,
first, I would like to thank you, Ivana, for your initiative. I will be happy to join you and help with organizing activities.
I have experience as a reseacher on the MC EU FP7 Project 'ManETEI' and I would be interested in applying for such project in Croatia under which we could offer several PhD position. I think our interdisciplinarity is a good starting point (if there is and interest for that, of course).
Kind regards,
Renata

Dear Karolina and Ivana,
thank you for your comments,
It might be that somehting is going wrong with this chat because Rober has not reply to my note as well (several months ago).

Dear Karolina, Renata and Igor,
first of all I apologize for a late response - have been traveling a lot this month.
I really would like to get this group "on the map" to be more transparent about its activities and maybe later on to write a short presentation on the MSCA Newsletter. Karolina and Renata have kindley wrote short description of their project. Is anyone else interested?
I have tried to contact Robert Vianello on his official email - I assume he is bussy at the moment.
Would like to share with you also I think an important detail for Croatian group and for the Croatian Ministry of Science Education and Sports. The MCS Committee has selected my presentation at the Conference about COFUND`s in Luxembourg 10-11 December 2015. http://msca2015.lu/
I would be very happy if some of you is in the possibility to join me. The registrations are open.
Now a news for Fellows connected to the NEWFELPRO Marie Curie Grant. On their page they are promoting the success of their Fellows - you just have to inform them about your results and they will publish a short notice on their webpage. http://www.newfelpro.hr/
The last news is - I have contacted REA and forwareded the information to NEWFELPRO in Zagreb - we can have a certificate for being a Marie Curie Fellow.
If you do not know about this yet please follow the link and just type your project number - if you are /were the project menager. Immidately they send you the certificate on your email. http://ec.europa.eu/rea/about_us/news/2015_10_02_news_en.htm
Please do be more active on this group - it is a pitty that we do not share our experiences and ideas.
Have a lovely and productivly day!
Kind regards,
Unkovic Ivana Nina
Dear all,
For my part, I have a background in Cultural Anthropology and I am currently based in La Sapienza University in Rome (SoReCom Joint IDP project) - basically it s an ITN-FP7 (PhD, ESR) in Social Psychology.
I would be glad to participate in common activities but still a bit confused as to what kind of activities you guys have in mind.
Please do let me know, I m sure we can work out something AMAZING :)
Warm regards,
Ana
Dear all,
Nice to meet you all! I have just completed my fellowship in an ITN at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (though I'm still working on my PhD).
My research is in the field of technology transfer between academia and industry.
Like Ana above me, I would love to hear more about the activities planned and would like to participate when possible.
Kind regards,
Vesna
Dear Members of the Croatian National Group,
I am using this old discussion to raise a question. Does anyone in the Croatian Group have contact to Euraxess Croatia?
The ERA Career Day is a call open to Euraxess Bridgehead organisations in countries where research funding and jobs are scarce: https://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/portal/desktop/en/opportunities/h2020/topics/2259-swafs-20-2016.html
Last week EURAXESS Czech Republic agreed that MCAA Czech Chapter will support them during the planned ERA Career Day in Prague. The Czech Chapter will organize a session on MC grants, sharing our MC experience. I will prepare a support letter for the proposal. An MCAA Board member will be invited by EURAXESS CZ to take part in the career day on July 9th 2017.
This agreement can serve as a model for negotiating participation in this call by the Croatian Group.
Warm regards, Brian
HI, Brian,
I have to say thank you for all your work and effort in MCAA, and for your suggestion for the Croatian group.
I have a contact with Euraxess in Croatian, and can get in touch with them, just tell me what you need and/or what is to do?
However, this also gives me idea about the Croatian Chapter (or maybe joint chapter with Slovenian fellows). I don't know how many fellows from both countries are in the MCAA, but it is something to think about. It would be nice to hear other fellows in Cro-group. (Probably, we are late for this year new chapter submission calls, but nevertheless give us enough time to prepare for the next call?)
All the best
Maja
Dear Maja,
This call is only open to Euraxess Bridgehead organizations. They must write the proposal and they get to control the funding (80k€). I would like the Croatian Group/Chapter to organize a session as part of the event. This is most likely on writing research proposals or career mobility. Also paying the travel costs of someone from abroad to take part could be negotiated at this stage. That could most easily be you or Zoran Andjelic for a Croatian event.
Warm regards
Brian

Robert Vianello
Can you provide some suggestions for activity?
Best regards,
