What?

The EURAXESS Startup Hub Entrepreneur Leadership Academy is offers a series of webinars for researchers on leadership skills and foundations of the startup entrepreneurship. This particular webinar, “Discovery and Validation with Scientific Method: the Lean Startup Approach”, consists of 2 parts:

(1) The integrated lean scientific startup method: learn about build-measure-learn loop, value and growth hypotheses, Minimum Viable Products and pivoting for scientific startups, with examples from different industries, and find out about the birds’ eye view to a lean science, from the investor perspective.

(2) Investor Pitch simulation: a part of the webinar will be a simulation of the pitch during which one or two participants will be invited to do a 7-minute pitch to the investors and find out about their idea's strengths and weaknesses, blind spots and opportunities to improve - if you are interested to do it, include a short description of one or more outcomes of your PhD work as Minimum Viable Product in the registration form.
