Final Time

I propose the time for Skype meeting at 4.30 to 6.30 PM or 6.30 to 8.30 PM (IST). Now we have more than 30 members to particpate, where skype will not wrok, therefore I am trying to take help of some other online program. After finalization of time, I will inform all of you.
